What are the shipping fees ?“Your shipping costs are free from 70 € of purchase!” Otherwise, our 2024 delivery rates are: €3.90 for France €6.95 for International

What are the delivery times ?For delivery times, please allow between 3 and 5 days for deliveries in France and 4 to 8 days for other destinations, depending on available stocks. We will notify you by email when your package is shipped .

Do I have a tracking number?Yes , we ship your package with a tracking number that we provide to you.

Do I have a risk of allergy with my necklace?Our necklaces (chains and pendants) are made of 304 and 316 stainless steel designed to minimize the risk of skin reactions. The gold plating is made of gold , a material also known to be hypoallergenic .

Is my necklace 100% water resistant?Yes, your necklace (support + switch) is waterproof , so you can keep it in the shower and for swimming, however too long exposure to bleach and sea water can damage it more quickly and tarnish its brilliance.

How do I maintain my jewelry?You can wash your support and switches with soapy water and wipe them with a soft cloth.

My switch is not quite identical to the photo on the site, is this normal?Yes absolutely, our switches are handmade , which explains why there may be slight differences between them, making each piece unique and singular.

How can I contact you?You can contact us via the contact form (above), via chat but also on our social networks . In general, we aim to respond within 48 working hours maximum.

What are the conditions of your money back guarantee?If the model you ordered does not meet your expectations and you are not 100% satisfied with your choice, you have the option of returning your AIMANTIK item or making an exchange. You can return it within 15 days of receipt as long as your model has not been worn. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
